The P100 is an automated packaging machine designed for seamless integration with Master Coat® powder coating machines. It counts each fastener individually and fills boxes with a precise number of pieces, creating one continuous process from coating to packaging. Its output automatically matches the capacity of the connected coating machine. The P100 accommodates screws from 16 to 65 mm long and pre-assembled screws from 25 to 65 mm long.
The P100 combines all packaging stages in one machine:
- receiving coated fasteners directly from the Master Coat® machine
- automatic transfer to the counting system
- individual counting of each fastener
- continuous operation using a dual-chamber system
- filling boxes with the selected number of pieces
- handling different box sizes with an adjustable conveyor
The P100 is controlled from an intuitive operator’s panel with a touchscreen. The operator simply enters the required number of fasteners per box, and the machine automatically counts each piece before releasing the selected quantity into the packaging.
The dual-chamber counting system maintains a continuous process, with one chamber filling while the other releases the completed batch. The adjustable conveyor accommodates different box sizes, while the simple controls allow the same operator to supervise both the Master Coat® machine and the P100 packaging unit. This reduces labour requirements and improves overall production efficiency.
